Natural beauty bohemian wedding inspiration for the laid back bride
Here at the boutique we adore Emma Pilkington’s work – her effortless natural style always draws you in and reflects the personalities of her clients perfectly. So we couldn’t be more pleased than to show off some of her portrait photography skills in this stunning inspiration working with neutral colour palettes and a relaxed vibe.
We hand over to Emma to tell us more:
I photographed this studio bridal editorial in collaboration with Frock & Soul Bridal as inspiration for the modern, relaxed boho bride. We paired contemporary wedding dress designs and separates in delicate laces, romantic silks and boho-luxe silhouettes with toned down hair and make-up, to create these easily achievable wedding styles.
Bridal wear doesn’t have to be fussy – we wanted to show how important it is to let your own personal style shine through on your wedding day. Make-up artist Sarah Morten used a pastel and neutral colour palette to enhance Cheng’s natural beauty, without making her look too overdone or styled. Frock & Soul offer a refreshing perspective on the experience of getting married – at Bekka’s boho shop bride’s can browse the fashion forward bohemian dresses in a relaxed environment.
