Pompadour Couture Lingerie will offer an exchange or refund if you are not perfectly happy within 14 days of receipt of purchase for UK orders, provided the items are returned un-worn, in perfect condition, with all labels intact. Bespoke orders are non-returnable. Please email us stating your order, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. We will then reply with an address to send your return to. We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, this is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent, as we cannot accept any responsibilities for goods lost or damaged in transit.|
